Being in research and scientific projects for 10 years, our team at AIBIG have earned several awards and prizes for the accomplishments and achievements they have made. Selected awards are listed below:
1. YOUNG RESEARCHER 2005 awarded by MARS (Malaysian Association of Research Scientists).

3. Six awards for product “2D Engineering Drawing Extractor” in the:
(a) INPEX (Invention & New Product Exposition) 2005, Pittsburgh, USA:
- THE BEST INVENTION OF THE PACIFIC RIM award.
- SILVER medal (Engineering Category).

4. Two awards for product “Product Lifecycle Management System” in the INATEX (Industrial Art & Technology Exhibition) 2005, UTM Skudai, Malaysia:
- THE BEST INVENTION award.
- GOLD medal (ICT/Manufacturing-Machinery-Industrial Process Category).
5. THE BEST FUNDAMENTAL RESEARCH AWARD 2005 bestowed by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
6. RESEARCHER RECOGNITION AWARD 2005 bestowed by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
7. Two awards for product “2D Design Structure Recognizer”:
(a) GOLD medal in the GENEVA (International Exhibition of Invention New Techniques and Products of Geneva) 2006, Geneva, SWITZERLAND.
(b) GOLD medal in the MTE (Malaysia Technology Expo) 2006, PWTC, MALAYSIA.
